His engineering background allows for him to have a deeper understanding of chassis setup and development, culminating in a perfect balance of vehicle performance.

Andrie enjoys karting, snowboarding and physical fitness in his spare time. His favorite racetrack is Sonoma Raceway. His racing heroes are Ayrton Senna, Mario Andretti, and Fernando Alonso.

Career Highlights:  

2018: 4th Career Win in 25 hours of Thunderhill with El Diablo Motorsports. Holding record of highest percentage multiple winner in 25 hours 4ace of 80%). Participated in 3 SCCA Majors registering 2 wins, 2nd place, and 2 pole position.  Participated in 6 hours of Nurburgring, with 11th place finish.  During his stint, Hartanto climbed from 17th place to 11th place.

2017: Hartanto captured 2nd career United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC) title in dominant fashion. 3 wins, 2 podium, 4 pole position.

2016: 5 wins, 5 pole position, 5 track records pretty much sums up the perfect year, winning all the races Hartanto participated in SCCA Majors in STL.

2015: In his first year racing at IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge with BimmerWorld, Hartanto recorded qualifying best of outside pole at Mosport and 5 top ten finish, including best finish of 4th place at Road America.

2014: Hartanto had an incredible year, setting 4 track records and winning every race he participated in except one. Culminating with 2014 STU SCCA Runoffs National Champion title.

2013: Participated in various race series, Hartanto produced pole position on every race weekend except one.

2012: Hartanto captured his third win at 25 Hours Thunderhill Winner (E0) with Team Hankook / El Diablo Motorsports.

2010: Redline Time Attack Super Modified RWD National Champion.

2009: Dominating performance at Nitto Tires USTCC winning the first 3 races and hold the record as the only driver with 6 consecutive wins in USTCC history. Eventually capturing 5 wins out of 7 races resulting in the 2009 Nitto Tires USTCC championship title

2008: Partial season in U.S. Touring Car Championship (USTCC). with one second place and 3 consecutive wins to cap the season

2007: Career best of 9th place in SPEED World Challenge at Laguna Seca.

2006: Hartanto dominated the 2006 season. Recording 13 wins, 14 pole positions, and 4 track records enroute to 2006 West Coast Honda Challenge Champion, the third for Hartanto. Hartanto also won the inaugural NASA Nationals at Mid Ohio in convincing fashion, leading flag to flag with a track record qualifying performance. Capping the year winning 25hr Thunderhill Winner (E2) for the second time with PDQ Motorsport.

2005: Hartanto captured his second West Coast Honda Challenge Champion. Hartanto also dabbled in pro racing with two starts with SCCA SPEED WORLD CHALLENGE.  Capping the year by capturing Hartanto first 25hr Thunderhill Winner (E2) with PDQ Motorsport.

2004: Headed Prima Racing driving K20A powered 1999 Civic Si. In the program’s first season of Honda Challenge, Hartanto recorded six wins, and two podium finishes en route to winning his first Honda Challenge Northern California Region Championship.
